After traditional winemaking, de-alcoholization is carried out using vacuum distillation. This innovative process requires neither the addition of chemicals nor heating. The process is time-consuming - at least 30 hours are needed to gently remove the alcohol from the wine. With the help of such technology, the quality of the structure, taste and aroma of the wine is preserved, without the addition of artificial substances. Pale in color, but bright pink. Aromas of small red berries emerge in the aroma: strawberries, cherries, wild berries. The structure is lively and well balanced.

Torres Natureo Garnacha Syrah non-alcoholic wine is fermented in a steel tank at a controlled temperature (24-26°C). Some of the wine is matured in new French oak barrels for 4 to 6 months. The process of expelling alcohol is then applied. Cherry red in color, the aroma is of pomegranate and blackcurrant, accompanied by light spicy notes. The taste is clean and balanced, light tannins and gentle acidity.
