Since 1863, Martini has been bringing people together through the Italian aperitivo experience. When preparing non-alcoholic aperitifs, we have remained faithful to the way of making other Martini aperitifs, which the masters have passed down from generation to generation. The same high-quality mixture of white wines and high-quality herbs are used, which also make up Martini's vermouths. The alcohol is carefully removed from the wine by vacuum distillation, thus preserving the authentic aromas and taste.
