Oddbird White wine

Volume75cl

100% organic white wine made by blending unique grape varieties from Alsace and South of France. The grapes were carefully selected to create a special wine where aroma layers interplay with the complex mouthfeel. A wine that starts with fresh fruits complemented with citrus notes and spices, and continues with a layered mouthfeel where freshness, roundness and minerality kick in to stay for a long time on the palate with tension.

Torres Natureo Garnacha Syrah non-alcoholic wine is fermented in a steel tank at a controlled temperature (24-26°C). Some of the wine is matured in new French oak barrels for 4 to 6 months. The process of expelling alcohol is then applied. Cherry red in color, the aroma is of pomegranate and blackcurrant, accompanied by light spicy notes. The taste is clean and balanced, light tannins and gentle acidity.
