Codorníu Ars Collecta represents the legacy of almost five centuries of winemaking expertise. Our experience, together with an exhaustive understanding of our vineyards, have allowed us to create this unique blend of grape varieties that come from two different climatic areas and vineyards where the varieties can show their best potential. Chardonnay, the main variety in this blend brings freshness and aging potential thanks to the continental climate. It is rounded off with Xarel·lo and Parellada from Penedès, which has a Mediterranean climate. A great Cava - complex, expressive, and long-lasting.

A small family-owned winery in the town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedese, founded by Agustí Torelló Mata in 1950. Owns 40ha of private vineyards. The color is more intense than average, salmon pink, with a fine dense bubble stream. The aroma is straight berry, you can feel cranberries, fresh raspberries and pohli and rowan with rose hips. The end of the aroma adds a pungent minerality with red apple peel and slightly bitter red berry skins. The palate is dry, medium-bodied and berry-like, with hints of fresh cherries, cranberries and raspberries, rose hips and blood grapefruit and red oranges. The aftertaste is uniform and berry velvety. The organically grown grapes come from the Ubac vineyard in the village of Sant Joan de Mediona, 500m above sea level.
