A dry, creamy and elegant Spanish sparkling wine that is also strongly fruity and berry at the same time. Ripe fruits and developed notes emerge on the palate. The aftertaste is long and elegant. The aroma is very complex, round and mature. There are peaches, red currants and melon. In the background, you can feel developed notes: nuts, crispy bread, honey and yeastiness. The color is more intense than average, salmon pink, with a fine dense bubble stream. The aroma is straight berry, you can feel cranberries, fresh raspberries and pohli and rowan with rose hips. The end of the aroma adds a pungent minerality with red apple peel and slightly bitter red berry skins. The palate is dry, medium-bodied and berry-like, with hints of fresh cherries, cranberries and raspberries, rose hips and blood grapefruit and red oranges. The aftertaste is uniform and berry velvety. The organically grown grapes come from the Ubac vineyard in the village of Sant Joan de Mediona, 500m above sea level.
