The color is more intense than average, salmon pink, with a fine dense bubble stream. The aroma is straight berry, you can feel cranberries, fresh raspberries and pohli and rowan with rose hips. The end of the aroma adds a pungent minerality with red apple peel and slightly bitter red berry skins. The palate is dry, medium-bodied and berry-like, with hints of fresh cherries, cranberries and raspberries, rose hips and blood grapefruit and red oranges.
