Appearance with a fine dense bubble jet, medium intensity in color, pale yellow The aroma is more intense than average, delicately multi-layered and silky fruity. Feel the white flowers with ripe light stone fruits, apricots, white currants, yellow apples, biscuit and fresh citrus fruits. The taste is dry, minerally citrusy and fruity. The aftertaste is long and minerally fruity, supported by notes of creamy yeast and lightly toasted hazelnuts. 85% of the grapes come from Grand Cru and 15% 1er Cru plantations: the berries are picked from Avize (39%), Oger (24%), Mesnil-sur-Oger (22%) Grand Cru and Vertus (10%), Villers-Marmery & Trépail 1er Cru (5%) plantations. The base wine, made only from the juice of the first press, is fermented in stainless steel barrels, is malolactically fermented and develops on the lees for 8 months. The second fermentation in the bottle with autolysis on yeast lasts 9 years.
