With a fine dense bubble stream, crystalline in color, pale yellow The aroma is citrusy, fresh and fruity, you can also feel white aromatic flowers and citrus with fresh light stone fruits. Yellow apples, biscuit and toasted bread are added to the end of the aroma, which is balanced by a lively citrus freshness. The taste is dry, vividly mineral and fruity, with yellow plums, apples, light stone fruits and fresh citrus as the palate opens. The aftertaste is well balanced, long and fruity, complemented by a note of light toasted bread and cookies. Grapes are mostly picked from the Valée de la Marne areas, the base wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, the second fermentation and autolysis in the bottle with yeast lasts 18 months. Martel, Charles Orban, Henry Dubois, Marcel Pierrre, Mansard-Baillet, Château de Bligny, Charles de Cazanove, and Albert Le Brun.
