Meukow Cognac Opale 70cl

This carefully crafted light Opale cognac stands out for its transparent and clear amber-gold color, revealing a perfect blend between tradition and innovation. A fresh and fruity bouquet consisting of notes of lime, dried fruits and vanilla gives a unique taste experience. On the palate, power and suppleness blend harmoniously, offering a perfect balance between herbal notes and roasted aromas. The biggest feature of Opale cognac is its unique aging process. Unlike cognacs aged in new barrels, Opale is refined in old barrels, which directly affects its color and flavor profile. Old casks release less tannins, resulting in a lighter color while allowing subtle and complex aromas to fully develop. This gives the cognac an exceptional smoothness, smooth taste and aromatic depth, which in turn will delight connoisseurs looking for a balanced and elegant profile. This light cognac has been created for both traditional cognac enthusiasts and a new generation of curious consumers. With its lightness and smoothness, Opale opens the doors to the world of cognac for those who have been left a little cold by stronger drinks. This modern and refined approach also helps attract a younger and more diverse clientele who want to discover and appreciate the subtleties of cognac without compromising on quality. We also recommend whiskey lovers to try it! Special attention has been paid to the design of the bottle to meet the needs of bartenders. The ergonomic and elegant shape of the bottle ensures an easy and firm grip, facilitating service and controlled pouring in bars and restaurants. In addition, the design of the bottle complements every bar shelf with its prestige!
