Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom Gin 50cl

Old Tom Gin is a gin recipe popular in 18th century England. At that time, the drink was sweetened with sugar to hide its poor quality and make it easier to consume. The name Old Tom Gin is said to have come from an old cat named Tom. Pubs started using the picture of the cat as a so-called secret language to inform customers about the gin on sale. Namely, the English government at the time limited the spreading "gin craze" with various taxes and licenses. To escape from them, pub owners took the business "under the floor". “No Mistake” is one of Charles Dickens' nicknames for this drink.

CRAFTER'S WILD FOREST GIN 47% 0,04 L PET

Crafter's Wild Forest Gin is a gin from the mythical evergreen forests of Estonia. A coastal pine tree ruffled by the autumn winds, an ancient stone field covered with moss in a veil of fog, a forest almost touching the cloud line, and the fishermen of the coastal villages telling stories while tarring their boats. This is the scene where our Wild Forest gin has its roots. The flavors of the green forest, straight up. In a word - wild. The adventure starts here. Juniper berries, as well as spruce needles and pine shoots, are at the heart of our crisp recipe that values local flora. Late summer heather and blueberry shoots add a light fruity nuance. Lemon and orange peel add freshness. Ginger, nutmeg and orris root enrich the deep resinous heart. In the background, unexpected juniper smoke and the gentle minerality of the seashore - wildly northern. The greenest but last – juniper berries distilled from the Crafter's still are the cornerstone of our gin production. Crafter's Wild Forest Gin tastes the most beautiful shade of green. Crafter's Wild Forest is an excellent gin that meets the expectations of professional bartenders and the demands of gin lovers around the world. The Nordic character is suitable for both classic gin tonic and cocktails such as Negroni, Gin Sour or Dry Martini, adding an evergreen crispness to cocktails.
