Bruxo (pronounced: Bruu-hooh) is a collection of mezcals from Oaxaca. All coming from different villages and under the hands of different "Maestros", they are brought together under one brand to create one of the strongest Mezcal brands. Bruxo No.4 is made from 60% Cuishe, 30% Barril and 10% Espadini agave. Agave ripens in 15 years. Baked in a cone-shaped stone oven, oak and pine are used for wood. The agaves are crushed with a mechanical agave crusher and distilled twice in a copper pot still. Maestro Mezcalero - Cesaro & Pipino Rodriguez.
