Déjà-Vu is an aperitif based on wine distillates that combines the exotic flavors of the world. Deep in the heart of France's Charente-Maritime lies a small craft distillery. This historic distillery has been producing high-quality spirits since the 19th century, and it's where the premium wine distillate used for Déjà-Vu comes from. To produce the aperitif, the aromatic grape varieties Ugni Blanc and Colombard are distilled in small copper cauldrons over an open fire, similar to the production of Armagnac or Cognac. Thanks to the double distillation, a particularly balanced flavor profile is achieved, which is traditionally characteristic of it. The taste of Daja-VU is uniquely subtle and nuanced. Far Eastern citrus notes, light ginger warmth and oriental spices are added to the base of fine and modest French wines. Déjà-Vu combines ingredients from the heart of Europe with the flavors of the world's most secret places. A real exotic among its peers, which offers versatility in many cocktails - it is suitable for both classic Spritz-type cocktails and as the main component of novel recipes.
