In the aroma, delicate notes of fruit intertwined with brown sugar and ripe bananas. Spices and herbal notes can be felt in the taste. Sugarcane and vanilla in the aftertaste. Lively and well balanced. Plantation 3 Stars reflects the nuances and style of Trinidad and Barbados, integrated with the character and fuller flavors of Jamaica.

Aged for five years in a bourbon cask in Barbados, then a year in a cognac cask in Cognac, France, and an additional year in a used Malbec grape wine cask. The aroma is elegant and jammy, with hints of plum, coconut, vanilla, tobacco and refreshing mint. The taste has a more fruity character, you can feel coconut milk, chocolate, raspberry and banana. A very limited release, available only this year. There isn't and won't be another rum like it. Suitable for a collector.
