Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 12 Year Old is left to rest in oak barrels in Cuba for 12 years. During this time, it develops its great taste, also forming aromas of coffee, chocolate, toffee and vanilla. Goes perfectly with a good Cuban cigar. Awards: Rum & Cachaça Masters awards 2023 - gold medal.

Aged for five years in a bourbon cask in Barbados, then a year in a cognac cask in Cognac, France, and an additional year in a used Malbec grape wine cask. The aroma is elegant and jammy, with hints of plum, coconut, vanilla, tobacco and refreshing mint. The taste has a more fruity character, you can feel coconut milk, chocolate, raspberry and banana. A very limited release, available only this year. There isn't and won't be another rum like it. Suitable for a collector.
