Marchese Antinori Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs is made from the Chardonnay grape with a very small amount of Pinot Bianco added. The wort is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine rests on the lees for 24 months. Light yellow in color, creamy and with an elegant and persistent bubble. The aroma has expressive fruit and floral notes reminiscent of apples and white peaches. The flavors are bright and fresh, finely balanced and with a perceived elegance. The ideal serving temperature of wine is between 7-9°C. Contains sulphites.
