Cava de Paraje Calificado is the highest premium cava classification introduced in 2018. An absolute peak that relatively few cava producers reach. The main prerequisites here are microclimatically special and distinct vine gardens and a production process regulated down to the details. This cava comes from the berries of Señor Pere Ventura's historic Can Bas garden, partly more than 100 years old, from organically tended vines. With the support of gently pressed juice and wild yeast, the slow, almost 5-year bottle fermentation gives a rich, multi-layered, yet fine-textured and perfectly balanced drink. This is the absolute haute couture of cava, both in content and form. Contains sulfites.

Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosé has an elegant pink hue with a copper sheen, lively and persistent bubbles. The fresh aroma has notes of red fruits, pomegranate and rose. Fresh, silky and full-bodied on the palate, very well balanced. Prosecco Rose is a completely new product category. There has never been a pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco DOC designation before. The EU only approved this new wine category in 2020. at the end of October. Prosecco Rose is made from Pinot Noir grapes (10%-15%) in addition to the usual Glera grape. Contains sulfites.
