What makes Glen Turner Heritage Single Malt whiskey special is the double maturation process. After 4-5 years of aging in Bourbon casks, the whiskey gets its final touch in mature port casks for a minimum of 12 months. The result is a fruity and spicy aromatic single malt Scotch whiskey with both a bold oaky character and depth and flavor from the port cask. Dry fruits can be felt next to soft vanilla notes, and in the aftertaste, an oaky note emerges with a nuance of caramel.
