The Ardévol family has been growing grapes and nuts in Priorato since the 13th century. In 1995, it was decided to establish a personal winery in the small town of Porrera. Owns 10 ha of vineyards on rocky south-facing slopes with "Licorella" soil, 400-500m above sea level. Blackish red in color. The aroma is structurally dense and dried berry-herbal. You can feel liquorice spiciness, prunes, cocoa, dark dark chocolate, dried rosemary, thyme and roasted coffee beans. The taste is dense and powerfully berry. Feel overripe chokeberries, smoked plum, ground black pepper, sweet spices, powerful berry tannins and wild berry jam. The aftertaste is uniformly long and berry with spicy tannins. The wine matures for 12 months in a new French "Allier" oak barrel, only 20,000 pdl of wine have been produced.
