A large wine producer with vineyards and several contractual partners in the Rioja and La Mancha regions. Pale yellow in color with a slight greenish undertone. The aroma is fruity and lush, you can feel overripe yellow apples, apricots, quinces and lightly roasted almonds. A bit of citrus peel bitterness is added to the end of the aroma. The taste is semi-sweet, medium-bodied and with the character of overripe yellow fruits. You can smell orange juice, melons and sweet yellow plums. The aftertaste is of medium length, bitter herbs, citrus peel and bitter almonds are added. 50% of the grapes come from the Kondoli vineyards, and the rest are picked from Northeast Kakhet. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, not aged in oak barrels. The berry varieties are fermented separately. The fermentation of the wine is interrupted by cooling so that the wine has a higher than normal residual sugar content.
