The wine has a straw yellow color. The aroma is characteristic, lively and concentrated, with prominent floral notes, delicate sweetness, as well as a slight nuance of tropical fruits. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fine and elegant, with a solid structure and a slightly salty finish. The aftertaste is long and recognisably peculiar to the Ribolla Gialla grape variety. Winemaking: The grapes are lightly crushed, followed by ten days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A small part of the selected grapes goes through cold maceration before crushing. After the end of fermentation, the wine remains on the fine sediment until spring, when it is bottled. Aging potential: a few years in the bottle. Contains sulfites.
