Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva by Italo Cescon is an elegant and complex red wine that reflects the best winemaking traditions of the Veneto region. The wine is made using careful cold maceration and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, which ensures a rich flavor and aroma profile. The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels and another 12 months in the bottle, achieving a balanced structure and long-lasting elegance. The color is deep ruby red with violet highlights, the aroma shows wild berries, cherries, herbs and a slight spiciness. The taste has well-concentrated tannins, a harmonious woody nuance and a fresh and lively aftertaste.
