The Chardonnay grapes come from vineyards in the Carcassonne and Minervois regions. The grapes are then sorted and cold maceration takes place before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in French and American oak barrels. The wine is left to mature on the lees for 6 months. The goal of the winemaker was to create a Chardonnay that would have a pleasant taste, be fresh and go well with different foods. In the taste, apple, melon and pineapple set the tone, hints of ginger and oak can be found.
