Deep ruby red in color. The aroma is subtle, complex and ripe berry. Ripe dark forest berries, black plums, black currants, sweet spices and vanilla can be felt. Cedar smoke and leather are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is full and berry-ripe. You can feel overripe black berries, black currants and velvety berry tannins with overripe dark stone fruits. The aftertaste is long and velvety full. The grapes are picked by hand, the wine is fermented in cement and stainless steel barrels, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (50% new barrels). For storage in the wine cellar for 15-18 years, taking into account the year of picking the berries.
