The grapes are picked by hand in the second half of September, when the berries are already in a slightly overripe phase. The goal is to give the wine a deep red color, add rich ripe and sweet tannins and a liqueur nuance. The wine has been aged in oak barrels for 6 months. The color is dark ruby red. The aroma is intense, dark berries, ripe plum and black cherry emerge, milk chocolate and vanilla are added. Full-bodied on the palate, notes of ripe dark berries, well balanced with sweet spiciness and chocolate. Contains sulfites.
