The winery was founded in 2002 by Eduardo Miroglio, a Piedmontese textile manufacturer and winemaker, in the village of Elenovo, 20 km from Nova Zagora. Young in color, medium intensity pink. The aroma is florally aromatic and berry lush, ripe raspberries, wild strawberries and fresh black cherries with a light peppery undertone. The taste is juicy berry and lush, ripe red cherries, raspberries, hibiscus and blood orange, plus some red currants and pomegranates. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, aged for 4 months in the bottle and does not develop in oak barrels.
