The winery was founded in 2002 by Eduardo Miroglio, a Piedmontese textile manufacturer and winemaker, in the village of Elenovo, 20 km from Nova Zagora. Pale straw yellow in color. The aroma is structured and ripely fruity. Feel the wax, light stone fruits, ripe apples, bitter citrus, goji berries, pear and orange peel. A little roasted almonds, avocado and apple seeds are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is creamy and fruity. You can smell dried apples, grapefruit, dried cranberries and a little toasted forge. The aftertaste is medium length, creamy and with citrus-fruity acid. The grapes are picked by hand, the berries are separated in bunches, pressed and the skins and seeds are removed, and the wine is fermented following the white winemaking procedure in stainless steel barrels. The wine is not aged in oak barrels.
