The winery was founded in 2002 by Eduardo Miroglio, a Piedmontese textile manufacturer and winemaker, in the village of Elenovo, 20 km from Nova Zagora. The color is ruby red with a slight violet undertone. The aroma is herbal and berry. Smell ripe black stone fruit, dark wild berries, bay leaf and green pepper. Black tea, a little tobacco and dried herbs are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is medium-bodied and berry-herbal, with notes of ripe field berries and black stone fruits, as well as thyme and rosemary. The longer than average aftertaste is complemented by a pleasant and velvety berry park with a light spicy pepperiness. The grapes are picked by hand, the wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and matures for 10 months in small 225L French oak barrels and then 4 months in the bottle.
