The winery was founded in 2002 by Eduardo Miroglio, a Piedmontese textile manufacturer and winemaker, in the village of Elenovo, 20 km from Nova Zagora. The aroma is complex and silky berry, you can feel ripe dark berries, overripe black cherries, dark stone fruits and figs, incense is added to the end of the aroma with a slight animalic, smoky-spicy nuance. The taste is fuller than average, elegant and with a velvety berry dense texture. You can feel overripe dark forest berries, dried dark stone fruits and black overripe forest berries, which combine with a slightly bitter chocolate spicy-herbal tannin in the aftertaste. The aftertaste is long and smooth and silky berry-spicy. The grapes are picked by hand, the wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, develops for 18-24 months in French oak barrels (225 L) and then ages in the bottle for 12 months.
