Today, one of Australia's best-known and largest wine producers is also a pioneer of the wine industry in Australia. Hardys was the first Australian wine producer to export its wines to Great Britain in 1857, the most important wine market in the world at the time. The color is ruby red with a slight violet undertone. The aroma is berry-like and uniform, with notes of blackcurrants, sweet cherries, ripe plums, mint and sweet spices. The taste is medium-bodied and berry juicy, dominated by black overripe wild berries. Taste blackcurrants, blueberries and wild berry jam. A little mint and black pepper are added to the aftertaste. The berries come from different growing areas in south-eastern Australia. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and part of the wine is aged for a short time in large oak barrels.

An elegant straw-yellow wine. A wine with a stylish and intense aroma dominated by fruity notes - pineapple, golden apples and bananas, followed by floral notes (orange blossoms). The taste is delicious and fresh, with a mineral aftertaste. Contains sulfites. The first vintage of Villa Antinori Bianco was in 1931. The wine label remains visually unchanged to this day - all the focus is placed on the content of the wine itself to present the wine itself and the authentic region where the berries come from.
