Kalkstein, translated as limestone, is an ancient soil form that was formed millions of years ago in the former seabed. The soil is particularly rich in minerals and this has a very positive effect on the grapes. Grapes are picked by hand, low temperature fermentation. Residual sugar 9g/L.

An elegant straw-yellow wine. A wine with a stylish and intense aroma dominated by fruity notes - pineapple, golden apples and bananas, followed by floral notes (orange blossoms). The taste is delicious and fresh, with a mineral aftertaste. Contains sulfites. The first vintage of Villa Antinori Bianco was in 1931. The wine label remains visually unchanged to this day - all the focus is placed on the content of the wine itself to present the wine itself and the authentic region where the berries come from.
