The grapes come from the La Consulta area in the southern part of the Uco Valley at an altitude of 1100 m. A deep red color with violet hues and a complex bouquet full of ripe berries with elegant violet and balsamic notes. After maturing in the barrel, the wine has achieved a fine combination, where the rich taste of red and black berries is in perfect balance with the nuance of vanilla, coffee and light cloves. A mild first impression is followed by a powerful and long-lasting taste. The wine has been stored in French oak barrels for min. 12 months, then 3 months in a concrete container and 6 months in the bottle. The wine with silky soft tannins has undergone 100% malolactic fermentation. Contains sulfites.
