A large and mobile Italian winery headquartered in Trento. Makes wine in many different wine regions of Italy. Deep ruby red in color. The aroma shows overripe black berries, dried dark stone fruits with lively berry park and sweet spiciness. The palate features ripe dark wild berries, wild berries and blueberry jam, as well as ripe dark plums and sweet morels, with crushed black pepper and a light thyme note. The aftertaste is medium length and berry lively; The grapes are grown organically. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, not aged in oak barrels, and the wine is not malolactically fermented.
