A successful collaborative project of Les Celliers Jean D'Alibert, the first "flying winemaker" Hugh Ryman, wine critic & journalist Robert Joseph, and designer Kevin Shaw of the Pépieux berry growers' cooperative in the Minervois region. The color is below average intensity, bright garnet red Overripe red wild berries, strawberries-raspberries, dark stone fruits, red cherries and field berries can be felt in the aroma. The end of the aroma is complemented by a light note of incense smoke. The taste has an elegant berry character, you can feel overripe wild strawberries and dark stone fruits, cherries, plums in the aftertaste the silky berryness of the wine lasts, which is complemented by a balanced spicy berry park. The berries are picked from vineyards located at an altitude of 200-400m above sea level, in the slightly cooler Limoux region with limestone soil, the wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and 10% of the wine develops in small French oak barrels
