Appearance low intensity, bright yellow with a greenish tinge The aroma is medium intensity and fruity lively. Ripe yellow apples, light stone fruits, nectarines, melons and pears with fresh citrus are on the palate. The taste is dry, on the lighter side and fruity lively, reflecting the aroma of the wine. Feel fresh light stone fruits, yellow apples and pears with fresh citrus fruits. The aftertaste is medium-length, citrusy and fruity. To make the wine, grapes are picked from the Santa Cristina plantation, the wine ferments in stainless steel barrels and matures in the bottle for 2 months. Wine does not develop in an oak barrel. The history of Zenato begins in 1960, when Sergio Zenato started winemaking in the village of San Benedetto di Lugana, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. Over time, Zenato's activities expanded to Veneto, the Valpolicella area, where the Costalunga estate in the Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella area was acquired. Today, Sergio's children, Alberto and Nadia, manage the work of the winery, having expanded the berry plantations to 95 hectares, including 4ha in Tuscany, in the Bolgheri region, and exporting wine to 65 countries.
