Dark ruby red in color with a slight violet undertone. Ripe dark forest berries, blackcurrants and dark stone fruits can be felt in the aroma, to which cocoa beans and a little sweet spices are added. The palate is berry lively and medium-bodied, dominated by dark stone fruit and black forest berries. The aftertaste is enhanced by a silky juicy berry park with a light chocolate note and a slightly blushing spiciness. The grapes are picked from 15-30-year-old vines, the wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, aged for 12 months in 3-year-old oak barrels, 70% of which are French and 30% American oak. In addition, it ages in the bottle for 9 months. 5-10 years of development potential, considering the year of grape harvest.
