A commercial winery founded in 1990 in Monterey County, California, which is a connection between the winery and local farmers and grape growers. Lynx is one of the wine brands outsourced to House of Big Wines. The color is bright, yellow with a golden sheen. The aroma is fruity and creamy with a vanilla undertone. Smell ripe citrus, sweet white flowers, lily, yellow tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, overripe yellow plums and dried yellow apples. The end of the aroma is enhanced by woody vanilla notes with sweet spices and coconut; The taste of a medium-bodied white wine with a ripe fruity character. You can smell pineapple, some baked apples, melon, yellow plums and mango. A spicy vanilla note and ripe yellow citrus fruits are added to the aftertaste. The wine is fermented in American white oak barrels. The wine is malolactically fermented and develops in new and used French oak barrels for 6 months before bottling.
