A commercial winery founded in 1990 in Monterey County, California, which is a connection between the winery and local farmers and grape growers. Lynx is one of the wine brands outsourced to House of Big Wines. Deep, intense ruby red in colour. The aroma shows wild black berries, dried stone fruits, with structural berry park, licorice and sweet spiciness. The fuller-than-average "offdry" red wine has overripe dark berries, wild berry jam, dried blueberries and dried dark stone fruits with a little peppery spiciness. The aftertaste is berry lush, with sweet figs, a little cocoa and sweet spices. The wine is fermented in stainless steel casks, malolactically fermented, and part of the wine develops in American white oak casks.

An elegant straw-yellow wine. A wine with a stylish and intense aroma dominated by fruity notes - pineapple, golden apples and bananas, followed by floral notes (orange blossoms). The taste is delicious and fresh, with a mineral aftertaste. Contains sulfites. The first vintage of Villa Antinori Bianco was in 1931. The wine label remains visually unchanged to this day - all the focus is placed on the content of the wine itself to present the wine itself and the authentic region where the berries come from.
