Today, one of the best renovated and modern wineries in Georgia was founded in 1915 and privatized in 1999. Owns 450 ha of personal vineyards and an additional 200 ha of contract winegrowers in various wine regions of Georgia. Light straw yellow in color with a golden undertone. The aroma is fruity and herbal, you can feel yellow overripe apples, apricots, white flowers, toasted bread and almonds, a bit of citrus peel bitterness is added to the end of the aroma. The taste is fuller than average and has the character of ripe tropical fruits, to which are added bitter herbs, citrus peel and bitter almonds. The aftertaste is medium in length, complemented by a light vanilla nuance. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels. 30% of the wine develops for 4 months in oak barrels. The wine is bottled in September of the year following the vintage.
