A small family-owned winery founded in 1915, which has grown to become one of the most important wine producers in the Almansa DO today. Purple in color with a violet undertone. The aroma is herbal, berry and dense. Feel ripe black currants, chokeberries, sweet spices, mint and black pepper. At the end of the aroma, blushing spiciness and notes of espresso coffee with a nuance of dark chocolate are added. The palate is full-bodied, structured and burnt berry, Feel overripe blackcurrants, dried field berries, licorice, dark dried stone fruits and herbs with a structurally tannic spiciness. The aftertaste is full-bodied, long and peppery - herbally berry. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, malolactically fermented, aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 1 month in the bottle. 5-7 years of development potential, considering the year of picking the berries.
