A small family-owned winery founded in 1915, which has grown to become one of the most important wine producers in the Almansa DO today. The color is dark red with a violet undertone. Aromas of ripe black forest berries, overripe field berries and blueberries, slightly dried herbs and tobacco leaves and black pepper. The taste is full of berries, you can feel blueberries, wild berry jam, dark overripe stone fruits and a little chocolate with velvety spiciness. The aftertaste is balanced with tannins and berry-ripe with a light peppery note. The grapes are grown according to the principles of organic farming and hand picked. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and then aged for 4 months in American white oak barrels. For storage in the wine cellar for 2-4 years, considering the year of picking the berries.
