"El Picaro" means the trickster or suli in Spanish, and such a peculiar name was chosen to refer to the younger generation's interpretation of the wine culture and consumption style of the given region, which is not exactly common there and sometimes goes beyond classical and more conservative notions. The berries are grown using biodynamic techniques on sandy soil and in selected vineyards with an average age of over 50 years. This gives the wine plenty of flavor nuances and complexity. The wine is aged for 3 months in an oak barrel to preserve the natural, fruity character of the wine. Dark cherry red in color. The aroma is intense and strong, field berries, strawberries and blueberries emerge with a mineral note. Full-bodied, berry-rich, with light acidity and structured tannins, the aftertaste of the wine is reminiscent of dried herbs. The wine is suitable for vegans. Contains sulfites.
