.73 grapes initially undergo a short pre-fermentation process before cold maceration, followed by primary fermentation in oak barrels at a controlled temperature. Maceration lasts 15-20 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in small French oak barrels, after which the wine matures in French oak barrels for 18-24 months. Later, the wine is bottled and kept for another 10-12 months before being sold. The wine has a ruby red color, the aroma opens with hints of wild berries, wild berries, cherries, charred oak and mineral influence. The wine has an excellent structure and full flavor.
