Founded in 1892 by brothers David and Salvador Michel in the Calchaqui Valley, located 1800m above sea level, today one of the most modern wine producers in Argentina. Intense in color, dark red with a violet undertone The lively berry aroma reveals dark stone fruits, blue plums, blueberries and wild berries. A little more dried herbs and green pepper are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is berry-juicy, with the character of dark fresh berries, mint and fresh berry spiciness add vivacity, and the end of the taste also has a slightly bitter note of cherry stone. The grapes are grown according to the principles of organic farming, the berries are picked by hand, the wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and matures for up to 6 months in large neutral oak barrels.
