Founded in 1892 by brothers David and Salvador Michel in the Calchaqui Valley, located 1800m above sea level, today one of the most modern wine producers in Argentina. Purple in color with a violet undertone The aroma is intense, complex. Feel overripe dark stone fruits, wild berries and sweet cherries, plus dried herbs and tobacco with sweet spices. The taste is full berry and with a bright dark stone fruit character, with hints of black cherries, wild berry jam and blueberries. In addition, black plums, chokeberry, roasted coffee beans and a little dark chocolate. The aftertaste is berry long and velvety parky-spicy. The wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels
