Rocca di Frassinello is a collaborative project between Castellare di Castellina and Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Château Lafite Rothschild) in 2000 in Tuscany, in the Maremma region. The flagship wine is Rocca di Frassinello, the first vintage of which went on sale in 2004. There are 81ha of wine plantations in the estate of approx. 200ha. Since 2011, the wines carry the Maremma DOC quality class instead of the original Tuscan County Wine (IGT). Medium intensity deep ruby red in colour. The aroma is more intense than average and elegantly berry. Ripe dark wild berries, ripe dark stone fruits, black currants, dried juniper berries and rosemary with black pepper and baker's spices are noticeable. The taste is dry, full and dense with berries. Overripe black forest berries, dried black plums, licorice, black currants, cocoa and roasted coffee beans and sweet baker's spices can be felt. The aftertaste is long, elegant and dried berry-full. The wine is fermented separately from the berries in stainless steel vats, blended and then aged for 12 months in small French oak barrels, 50% of which are new and then 5 months in bottle. "Ornello" is the name of a wooden peak in Tuscany used by horsemen to drive oxen.

An elegant straw-yellow wine. A wine with a stylish and intense aroma dominated by fruity notes - pineapple, golden apples and bananas, followed by floral notes (orange blossoms). The taste is delicious and fresh, with a mineral aftertaste. Contains sulfites. The first vintage of Villa Antinori Bianco was in 1931. The wine label remains visually unchanged to this day - all the focus is placed on the content of the wine itself to present the wine itself and the authentic region where the berries come from.

Tommasi Le Fornaci Lugana 75cl

The Turbiana grape is a type of Trebbiano clone cultivated exclusively in the Lugana region. Turbiana is less productive compared to Trebbiano. The berries are medium-sized, in compact clusters. The skin of the berry is thick and the flesh is juicy and slightly acidic. The color of the wine is intensely bright yellow. The aroma is fruity and aromatic, you can feel tropical fruits and grapefruit. The taste is intense, long-lasting and mineral. Almond comes to the fore in the final notes.
