Famiglia Pasqua's new wine uses four excellent grapes: Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah and Carménère. However, the name of the wine comes from the fact that the grape skins are in contact with the liquid for 11 minutes. This time is enough to give the wine a beautiful pink color. The Corvina grape gives the wine floral aromas and good acidity. The Trebbiano grape brings elegance and a long aftertaste to the wine. Syrah gives fruity and spicy notes. Carménère brings structure to the wine and ensures stability.
