Vermentino IGT is a wine made from grapes harvested at the end of August during the cooler hours of the day to preserve the grape's aromas and flavors. Once in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and destemmed. Cold maceration lasts for a few hours in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures (about 14-15 °C). In the glass, the wine shows a bright straw yellow color. The bouquet releases fruity fragrances, enriched by the lively citrus notes of grapefruit and lime peel. Aromas of peach and Mediterranean herbs complete the olfactory profile. Fresh and brilliant, the sip recalls flavors of white-fleshed fruit on the palate. It pairs well with shellfish, seafood risotto, and linguine with lobster. Also excellent as an aperitif.

An elegant straw-yellow wine. A wine with a stylish and intense aroma dominated by fruity notes - pineapple, golden apples and bananas, followed by floral notes (orange blossoms). The taste is delicious and fresh, with a mineral aftertaste. Contains sulfites. The first vintage of Villa Antinori Bianco was in 1931. The wine label remains visually unchanged to this day - all the focus is placed on the content of the wine itself to present the wine itself and the authentic region where the berries come from.

Tommasi Le Fornaci Lugana 75cl
