Rinforzo wine comes from the mountainous areas surrounding the village of Manduria in Puglia's Salento region. Grapes picked from calcareous and clay soils are carefully dried for 4 weeks to concentrate the intensity of aromas and taste. A dry, full-bodied wine with a dark ruby red color, whose intense aroma hints at dried plums, dark chocolate and Mediterranean herbs. The result is a rich, full-bodied red wine that strikes the perfect balance between rich berry flavor and silky elegance. The wine has been stored for 8-10 months in medium-roasted oak barrels. A wine with very good development potential. Contains sulfites.
