A young and dynamic Tuscan winery founded in 1973 by the film producer Italo Zingarelli, which is managed today by his son Sergio Zingarelli. Owns approx. 200ha of vineyards in various Tuscan grape growing areas. The color is light, pale salmon pink. The aroma is berry fresh and citrusy, you can feel light red berries, dominated by fresh red forest berries - cranberries, strawberries and raspberries, fresh citrus fruits are added to the end of the aroma, with a light berry spice. The taste is dry and light, with a slightly salty berry character, where you can feel cranberries and pohl and raspberries. The aftertaste is refreshed by a perceived berry spiciness with pungent minerality and bitter red grapefruit acidity. The grape skins are soaked in berry juice for 4-6 hours, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and is not aged in oak barrels.
