A young and dynamic winery since 1973, owned by the Zingarelli family. A total of 200ha of vineyards in the Tuscany region. Deep ruby red with violet undertones. The aroma is berry structured. Feel dried smoked plums, blackcurrants with drying berry park, roasted coffee beans, cloves, licorice and blushing spiciness. The taste is full berry and dense. Feel black ripe wild berries, chokeberries and black currants, smoked plum with black pepper and cinnamon. The aftertaste is long and structurally parky-spicy. Cloves, dark chocolate and cocoa beans are added to the finish with a blushing spiciness. The grapes are hand-picked from the Chianti Classico region, in the estate of "Fizzano" located at an altitude of 250-450m above sea level. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels. Aged in large and small oak barrels for 26 months and then 12 months in the bottle. For storage in the wine cellar for 15-20 years, taking into account the year of picking the berries.
